Q&A

If your HSA/FSA payment is declined or rejected, you'll be notified and will be able to update your payment method. To keep your subscription active, you will need to add a regular debit or credit card.

You can use your HSA/FSA if you're using MyFitnessPal as a recommended treatment for a disease diagnosed by a physician. Our partner Truemed makes this simple - during checkout, you'll complete a brief questionnaire. Our partner will review your responses and determine whether you qualify for a Letter of Medical Necessity.

Truemed's intake process will determine if you're eligible. Nutrition tracking and meal planning services may qualify as medical expenses if they are treatments for diagnosed conditions such as obesity, hypertension, or heart disease.
